Return & Exchange Policy
- Customers can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving their order.
- Submit a return request and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned or exchanged with original receipts or order confirmation.
- Items purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
- Refunds are processed with the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the desired item in exchange is unavailable, you can exchange it with another item or request a refund.
- Customers can exchange their orders only once.
- It is not possible to open the package on delivery and return it on the spot with the courier.
- We do not accept returned items that are sent back without first submitting a return request via email or WhatsApp.
- In case you choose to refund your order, there will be no charges other than shipping fees.
- Products can be returned without any shipping fees if you received a defective or incorrect item.
