Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving their order.
  • Submit a return request and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned or exchanged with original receipts or order confirmation.
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
  • Refunds are processed with the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If the desired item in exchange is unavailable, you can exchange it with another item or request a refund.
  • Customers can exchange their orders only once.
  • It is not possible to open the package on delivery and return it on the spot with the courier.
  • We do not accept returned items that are sent back without first submitting a return request via email or WhatsApp.
  • In case you choose to refund your order, there will be no charges other than shipping fees.
  • Products can be returned without any shipping fees if you received a defective or incorrect item.
