• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with receipt or order confirmation.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Online orders cannot be returned in stores.
• Exchange available once only; if the item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request a refund.
• Free returns for defective or incorrect items; otherwise, shipping fees apply.
• Swimwear and underwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
