Return & Exchange Policy Customers can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving their order. Submit a return request and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account after processing. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items must be returned or exchanged with original receipts or order confirmation. Items purchased online cannot be returned in stores. Refunds are processed with the original payment method used during the purchase. If the desired item in exchange is unavailable, you can exchange it with another item or request a refund. Customers can exchange their orders only once. Customers can open the package on delivery and return it on the spot with the courier if it does not match the desired order. We do not accept returned items that are sent back without first submitting a return request via email or WhatsApp. In case you choose to refund your order, there will be no charges other than shipping fees. Products can be returned without any shipping fees if you received a defective or incorrect item.
