Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers can return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
• A return request must be submitted, specifying the item to be returned or exchanged.
• No return requests will be accepted after 30 days.
• Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account after processing.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned or exchanged with the original invoice or order confirmation.
• Online purchases cannot be returned in physical stores.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, customers may choose another product or request a refund.
• Customers are allowed to exchange an order only once.
• Customers can open the package upon delivery. If the order does not match, it can be returned immediately to the courier while paying shipping fees only.
• We do not accept any returned items without a prior return request via email or WhatsApp.
• In case of a refund request, no fees will be deducted except for shipping fees.
• Returns are free of charge only if the item received is defective or incorrect.
