Return & Exchange Policy

Customers can return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
A return request must be submitted, specifying the item to be returned or exchanged.
No return requests will be accepted after 30 days.
Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account after processing.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Items must be returned or exchanged with the original invoice or order confirmation.
Online purchases cannot be returned in physical stores.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, customers may choose another product or request a refund.
Customers are allowed to exchange an order only once.
Customers can open the package upon delivery. If the order does not match, it can be returned immediately to the courier while paying shipping fees only.
We do not accept any returned items without a prior return request via email or WhatsApp.
In case of a refund request, no fees will be deducted except for shipping fees.
Returns are free of charge only if the item received is defective or incorrect.
